Al Khatib Company for manufacturing aluminum and wooden cutting machines ensures that all machines are tested before sale or shipment. We offer a 3-year warranty for manufacturing defects only, excluding electrical motors.
Warranty Terms: Covered under warranty:
- All malfunctions and replacement of defective parts resulting from factory production processes are conducted free of charge.
- An invoice is issued to the customer for shipping costs of the part only.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from the following:
- Failure to comply with the rules stated in the user manual.
- Improper use of the machine or not using it for its intended design purpose.
- Use of poor quality and non-genuine manufacturing tools.
- The device is not clean and preventive maintenance is not applied by the customer.
- Damages that may occur during transportation within the workshop or when moving the machine to another facility.
- Natural disasters (lightning, fire, floods).
The warranty does not cover damages that may occur during faulty operation of the device.
